Superfund Site Expertise

We provided technical expertise to a confidential client under State Clean-up and Federal Superfund programs, supporting environmental investigation and remediation at a site in the Pacific Northwest affected by contamination from pesticides, herbicides, metals, PCBs and dioxin/furans. Our experts conducted human health risk and ecological risk assessments after negotiations with state regulators on their scope. We also conducted chemical fate and transport modeling and data validation to ensure that data reporting met project data quality objectives.
